Veamo was founded in June 1993 as a consultancy company in the real estate sector by Wilfried Gees, an industrial engineer with extensive experience. As a former executive member at Generale Bank in Corporate & Investment Banking, where he served as Head of Real Estate Finance, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the sector.

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineer Construction
• Executive MBA: AUH Antwerp – Kellogg University Chicago
• Member of the CIBEX Chamber of Experts in Brussels
• Member of the professional association of brokers and syndics BIV
• Security advisor level 2

1. Project development and coordination, some references from the following sectors:
   • Commercial real estate: De Singel Lommel (15 units of ± 1.000 m²)
   • Apartment buildings: De Wegwijzer Ypres (50 units)
   • Hotel development and operation: Hotel Radisson Balmoral Spa (100 units)
