Property discriptions

  1. Purchase - Sale
    We recommend adding a detailed description to the sales agreement to clearly specify what is being purchased and its condition at the time of the agreement. This helps prevent potential disputes between signing the agreement and finalizing the official deed.

  2. Start - End of Lease
