Our founder, Wilfried Gees, a respected industrial engineer, MBA and real estate expert CIBEX, with a wealth of experience, started Veamo in 1993.
With a solid foundation and a passion for real estate, he founded Veamo with the aim of bringing expertise and innovation to the sector.
What started as a consulting company in the real estate sector has grown into a multi-faceted B2B company with an impressive range of services. As we've expanded our business over the years, we've always maintained our core values of quality, customer focus, and innovation.
During these 30 years, we have built a strong and diverse portfolio. For example, we currently manage more than 200,000 m² of office space. We also operate 5,000 parking spaces with a charging station infrastructure and supervise the development and management of 125,000 m² of industrial and logistical projects.
This shows our ability to manage the most complex real estate projects.
Our strength lies in our in-depth knowledge of building structures and installations, our expertise in managing “smart buildings”, our experience in parking facilities and charging station infrastructure, and our use of a specific accounting system for calculating costs for buildings.
